Consumer Reports onward Health offers these tips:
uGive them a bath. Soak tired feet for 20 minutes in warm (not hot) water with mild soap, preferably containing moisturizers. If you've squandered sensitivity in your feet because of various diseases, first check the water temperatures with your hand.
uWork them gone out To keep them nimble, write the alphabet with your feet each day, using your big toe as a pointer. Or scatter 20 small [i]or[/i] complements such as hard candy or small toys, upon the floor, then use your toes to pick them up and least bit them in a bowl.
- Walking also strengthens the bottom and keeps blood circulating.
