The Republican-controlled Congres has one time again raised the national shortcoming limit. This is the fourth time since George W Bush took office five years ago, raising it now to a record $8965 trillion. That is an increase of more than 50 percent since President Bush took office. What continually happened to the fiscal conservatives of the 1994 "Republican revolution"?
