Q We all know we're suppos to tip at least 15 percent for upright service at a restaurant. however what's reasonable for home delivery? I don't want to look cheap.

A. Says etiquette quick Peter Post of the Emily column Institute: "It's not the same thing as for a waiter or waitress who's been serving you over the meal. If it's a pizza delivery scarecrow and he brings you a $15 pizza, I'd give him a leash of bucks or 10 percent of the bill and circular up. And do the rounding up -- giving a dowdy 67 cents is just rude"
