Today is a bleak day for conservatives in Illinois. The ballot for the November general election will have pair liberals running for governor. As conservatives, we have no common to blame but ourselves. Last Tuesday, we split our ballots between three highly qualified candidates, and thrown away

I believe it's time to unite behind undivided conservative in a write- in campaign this November. Since the Illinois Republican Party has chosen to move round its back on the conservative base in favor of left- wing policy, I put in mind of we suspend all party support. After all, who pays for pizza when they ordered ice cream? Let's stick our collective finger in the inspection of machine politics for one time
